Can you remember the last time you had a moment of pure joy?

Sunetul a avut un timp când nu a fost, dar liniștea există dintotdeauna… Întreabă iubirea și îți va spune ce să faci.

Oamenii se schimbă, clipă de clipă.  Așteptările de la ceilalți sunt cele ce ne istovesc liniștea. Bine ar fi să înţelegem că sunt oameni care nu vor să ofere. Nici gând, nici cuvânt, nici emoţie. Ești liber, doar că nu îți dai voie. Încă te mai gândești că e un șiret desfăcut și dorești să-l legi. Și rămâi în lanț, în bucla proprie. Dar sunt pantofi care nu au nevoie de șiret. Sau poate că e o perioadă când mergi desculț. Renunță la tot ce a fost și fii atent la ce va fi. Te ghemuiești pe covor în fața  sau la ușa celuilalt. Nu e târziu în tine. Iubirea adevărată nu poate fi controlată. Iubești și atât. Din greșeli se învață, nu din teorii. Insistăm când e negru sau gri până se face alb. Pe interior sau pe exterior. Ne privim și înțelegem ce avem nevoie fără cuvinte.
Dragostea crește din dragoste, nu din spatele întors. Uneori un „prea devreme” poate strica totul. La fel și un „prea târziu” poate hrăni un orgoliu. Ai răbdare să te coci. Iar când primești lecția nu te necăji. Vei înțelege mai târziu mesajul. Lasă să treacă. Învață și mergi mai departe. Viața este frumoasă dacă privești din unghiul potrivit. Nu există o rețetă a fericirii. Fericirea ta e un zâmbet, a ei e o floare, a lui o strângere de mână, a mea un cuvânt şi tot aşa. Emoţia e aceeaşi, veşmântul e diferit.
Bucuria omului e omul. Uneori oamenii te vor în lacrimi pentru ca, privind la ale tale, ale lor să pară mai ușoare. Dar mulți uită că zâmbetul de astăzi poartă în spate lacrima de ieri… Acolo unde au curs lacrimi, a izvorât viaţa.
Toate momentele vieții sunt unice. Momente importante care te-au pus la încercare. Momente care te-au făcut cine ești. Momente prin care viața îți trece prin fața ochilor. Niciodată nu poți ști ce îți rezervă viitorul. Nici măcar o secundă. Iar când știi, deja se schimbă. Dacă ceva se murdărește, altceva se spală. Dacă ceva dispare, altceva apare. Iarta!...Strângerea de inimă să devină strângere de mână.

Nimic nu e rău, noi le folosim rău. Fiecare zi este o viaţă în miniatură. Oameni frânţi sufleteşte găsim la tot pasul. Au fost, sunt şi vor mai fi. Ne rănim între noi din orgoliu, invidie, neputinţe.
 Reproșurile sunt mai grele ca necazul în sine. În viață nu poți să spui oricui orice. Mulți rămân doar la ambalaj, oricât am povesti despre gustul miezului. Fiecare om are taina sa. Inimă fină sau cu multe crestături. Iartă! Udă cu lacrimi ce e de udat, ară cu iertare, discuieşte cu bunătate şi seamănă iar seminţele iubirii. Strângerea de inimă să devină strângere de mână. Fiecare grăunte are făină, dar  şi tărâţe. Şi cel mai bun vin are drojdia lui. În fiecare rău e un bine, depinde de noi ce alegem să folosim, să vedem. Binecuvântează şi mulţumeşte pentru tot ce primeşti. Vei înţelege mâine lecţia de astăzi! Durerea unui suflet uneori e atât de mare ca şi cum ar fi durerea întregii lumi. Poartă în el toată umanitatea. Atât sentimentul aroganței și al superiorității, cât și al insuficienței și al inferiorității sunt atitudini extreme ale vieții ce pot dărâma ființa oricui. Greutăţile din corabia vieţii ne fac să avem stabilitate în furtunile şi valurile nopţii. Filmul vieţii rulează clipă de clipă în premieră doar o singură dată. Filmezi sau te laşi filmat? Totul este atât de simplu şi de frumos. Frumuseţea, gingăşia inimii şi a gândului curat fac ca orice om să devină frumos şi la exterior, indiferent ce urme are pe trup… Lumina din interior radiază şi acoperă orice rană, orice minus, orice…Înnobilează sufletul, curăţă ochii să vadă cele bune şi mintea să gândească plusurile şi viaţa se va schimba. Din ce suntem transmitem celorlalți.

Discrimination is what makes life to be lifeless...We all belongs to the same world!

It is time to end the discrimination against people. Each of us can treating each other without discrimination. The world must flourish in every corner of this planet. People need to learn to be in solidarity and friendship. Racism, slavery, discrimination, inequality, must not be exist. Why the friendship and the freedom meet obstacles and discrimination has no borders? It is a great mistake. The people can live freely. Discrimination is what makes life to be lifeless. Education is important because people need to know that discrimination still exist. Racial discrimination and other forms of discrimination must be neutralized. A free society will abide skin color of all. There is no need of sacrifices and violence. People must change their mentality through education. Why do people make from possible, impossible? Why someone or something always interrupt people's journey through life? It is time to erase racism and discrimination. Prejudices also. We all belongs to the same world!

The poverty does not respect border...Take action...should not catch deep roots!

The poverty does not respect border; it does not respect who you are and destroy the sustainability between people. The world offers increasingly limited resources. Education promotes equality and lifts people out of poverty. It is for everyone. It is a fundamental human rights. The humanitarian relief should be a priority. Countries with higher levels of equality and development, need to find a sustainable path for disadvantaged countries. All these requiring the common effort of many nations. It is the key to solving challenges. If you believe in equality for the rights of all, especially for people most affected or discrimination, then you have to be present. Create action plans...Then, take action. When you attend a retreat, you have a chance to look at the deep roots of poverty in this world.

Nu filtra realitatea...Fiecare continent este un drum cu o inima!

Continent = ceea ce ne tine impreuna pentru a cunoaste misterul propriei noastre existente.
Solidaritate = capacitatea de a rezona la suferinta sau nedreptatea impusa unei persoane sau comunitati.
Nu filtra realitatea!
Fiecare continent este un drum cu o inima...Existand pretutindeni, numai de noi depinde ce alegem sa vedem, ce alegem sa fim.
Sa dam valoare lumii, alegand sa sustinem, nu sa fim impotriva ei!

Este necesar sa invingi prin forta propriilor aripi!

Ceea ce nu putem cunoaste, putem cel putin sa iubim, deoarece a cunoaste, inseamna a imbratisa. Nu exista limita. Natura umana este infinit de complexa...cu toate acestea, multi oameni raman ancorati in rigiditatea unor valori, convingeri si prejudecati eronate. Omul nu trebuie sa cunoasca epidemia lipsei de incredere si a nepretuirii de sine. Asa cum ne focalizam asupra respiratiei, tot asa trebuie sa descoperim esenta a ceea ce suntem.
Pune inima in viata ta...Poti fi sprijinul si forta ce poate darui in mod eficient!
Sa intinzi mana pentru a alina si mangaia...a fi refugiu sacru pentru cei aflati in nesiguranta si durere.
Crede in puterea de a schimba lumea, de a influenta destine, de a instrui si inalta oameni, de a sparge ziduri si a construi punti de legatura! Comunicarea este importanta.
Este necesar sa invingi prin forta propriilor aripi!

Children, fragile angels...When there is debate, there are solutions

Abandonment is a wound...an abandoned child never forgets. I'd like to see much more understanding of emotional issues...I can not accept that life to be painful for children. I can not accept that human rights have been abandoned. It is a tragedy if the people forget any sense of loyalty and good faith. Reality seems valueless...reality is abandoned. Why? When the children are abandoned or abused, they seek comfort in all the wrong places. This does not need to be happen...nobody should be excluded. Healing the wounds must to be the sense of excitement about the future. Children need to know that they are not alone, that they not will be abandoned, that they will not have a broken soul. In a childhood of poverty, abuse, domestic violence and abandonment, there is no life. Children are not a commodity that belongs to us.  I am disturbed by exploitation of children. The child*s tears is abuse...It is a disastrous experience. They can not fight back.
What does it mean to love someone with all your heart? It means to love with all your emotional feelings and with all your devotion. They deserve all our attention and love. We have a responsibility for the safety of children. All women need to understand the true meaning of maternity...to have that impulse to wish that no child should ever be hurt, abused or not have opportunities in life.

Poverty is a great enemy to human happiness; it certainly destroys liberty...Poverty is the absence of all human rights.
We are equals...We all breathe the same air...We must give a chance to everyone.
Poverty can be removed by the actions of human beings...We have a moral obligation to assist those who are suffering from poverty, disease, war and famine.
First we have to recognize that we need a moral revolution, a common measures...poverty and ignorance may gradually be extinguished,
Poverty itself is an enormous obstacle to happiness, is a jungle...There are many people in the world who are rich and who can share those riches with those not so fortunate.
The belief that the world is getting worse it is harmful...You are going to let the fear of poverty to govern your life?

Escape from poverty...Hope is necessary in every condition!

I think the best way of doing good to the poor is removing all the negative factors that destroy peace in this world; discrimination, inequality, poverty.
Almost half of the population of the world lives in rural regions and mostly in a state of poverty. Such inequalities in human development have been one of the primary reasons for unrest and, in some parts of the world, even violence.
Poverty entails fear, stress, depression...humiliation and hardships.
Equality is more than a goal in itself... must offer an escape from poverty...must offer  what is needed for a safe existence.
Injustice, poverty, slavery, ignorance - these may be cured.
We all wish to live. We all seek a world in which men are freed of the burdens of ignorance, poverty, hunger and disease. 
We need to imagine things to make them happen. If you don't imagine, it will never happen.
Hope is necessary in every condition.

Singurul lucru rational, este sa dai contrast lumii dar, pentru asta, trebuie sa participi.
Daruieste lumii infatisarea pe care o percepe sufletul tau...priveste cu  veneratie la tot ce te inconjoara si lumea iti va dezvalui misterele ei.
Nu te deconecta de la inimile celor cu care te intersectezi...descopera in fiecare om si fiecare lucru, partea buna, nu lipsurile.
Nu le da putere gandurilor despre o viziune limitata a ceea ce vezi...nu lasa infirmitatea din gandurile altora sa te influenteze.
Nu conteaza cat de plina pare sa fie viata ta, este intotdeauna loc pentru cunoastere, binefacere, prietenie.
Singura sursa de cunoastere este experienta...o cale fara greutati nu duce nicaieri.
Nu te folosi de fapte si cuvinte ce indeparteaza...ele nu vor mai gasi drumul inapoi.
Revigoreaza viata ta...nu lasa lucrurile lipsite de substanta si fara importanta sa prinda radacini...sa puna stapanire pe sufletul tau.
Vei trai viata asa cum o vezi...deciziile, sunt pasii destinului.
Onoreaza viata...da-i un rost lumii!
A fonda o lume palpabila dintr-o lume sfasiata de contradictii.
Nu uita ca oamenii sunt extraordinari...merita doar sa li se dea o sansa.

Always be part of the solution and not make negative gestures free!
Never forget that people are amazing!
